At Nuravia, we do our best to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please read this policy carefully to understand how shipping works, what to expect, and what to do in case of an issue.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and US federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak periods (holidays, promotional events), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update in the carrier’s system after dispatch.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@nuravialife.com.
5. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Nuravia is not responsible for packages that are lost or reported stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. In such cases, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim
- Reaching out to us at support@nuravialife.com — we will do our best to assist you
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Nuravia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@nuravialife.com. We will attempt to make corrections before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
