1. Introduction

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.

2. Right of Withdrawal

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, with no obligation to provide a reason. This period begins from the day you — or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) — physically receive the item.

3. Refund Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  • It must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • The item must include its original packaging and any accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or partially used wellness and health supplements
  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (unless defective)

5. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nuravialife.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return (optional)

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation from our team.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount, unless the item was defective or sent in error by Nuravia.

7. Refund Processing

Upon receipt of your returned item or proof of return shipment:

  • We will inspect the return request within 2 business days.
  • You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take up to 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nuravialife.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
